Product Description

| Intended Use |
The NT-proBNP Fast Test Kit (colloidal gold) is intended for use together with the THR-AC8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer. It can be used to detect Cardiac NT-proBNP in human serum, plasma or whole blood specimens in vitro quantitatively. This test serves as an aid in the diagnosis of patients with suspected heart faliure. |
Principle |
This product is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination NT-proBNP. Two monoclonal antibodies are employed to identify NT-proBNP specifically, resulting in a purplish red streak appears on the test line. The color intensity of the test line increases in proportion to the NT-proBNP concentration. Then insert test card into the THR-AC8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer, the concentration of NT-proBNP is measured quantitatively and displayed on the screen. The result can be transmitted to the lab or hospital information system. |
